Certified by the Star Essence Academy of Vibrational Essences, Carol is especially qualified to create custom blends for her clients. Consultations may be conducted in person, via email, over the phone, or via Skype. During the initial consultation, Carol will have you consider several questions to determine the changes and improvements you would most like to experience in your life. Using that information, she will propose a combination of several essences to support the attainment of your goals. You will work together to finalize the formula, give it an appropriate name, and then Carol will create your personal blend. You will receive a 1 oz. dosage bottle and instructions for use.
The Moss Island Alchemy story: I’m particular about the energies I allow into my system. For vibrational essences, there were two brands whose production methods, integrity, and quality I trusted, but they did not carry every flower or gemstone essence that I’d like to use. That’s why I began to make my own—thus Moss Island Alchemy vibrational essences were born.
I co-create the essences with flowers grown naturally here in the Mohawk Valley of New York—in soil that’s infused with the energy of Herkimer diamond crystals—and with high-grade gemstones chosen especially for the powerful, steady, and consistent vibrations they emit. Pure spring water holds the energetic imprint of each flower or stone, with organic vodka added as a preservative. Each 1 oz. dosage bottle of Moss Island Alchemy contains the essence in a base of 80% activated sacred healing water (ritually charged spring water) and 20% organic vodka.
While essences can be used in countless ways, the most common method is to take a few drops under the tongue or add them to a glass of water and drink. The standard recommendation is 4 drops 4 times a day, preferably at the same time each day. However, whatever feels right for you is right for you, so trust your intuition. If you choose not to ingest the essence, you can apply it to your skin, add it to your bath, or use in a spray mist or diffuser. Vibrational essences have no contraindications; because they work at the energetic level, they are compatible with all medical or therapeutic treatments.
(Note: Don’t confuse flower essences with essential oils. Essences have no scent and contain no physical part of the flower, whereas essential oils are concentrated forms of the flower’s aromatic compounds. Consider this bodywork analogy: If essential oils are deep-tissue massage, then essences are Reiki. They are both beneficial modalities, but they focus on different aspects of the person receiving treatment.)
As with all energy-based therapies, each person responds to vibrational essences in a unique way. Some may experience profound changes while others find no difference whatsoever.
